Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://jfdrywallconstructionllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. JF Drywall & Construction LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Drywall Services, Framing Services, Painting Services, Post Construction Cleanup, Pressure Washing, Tile Services provided by JF Drywall & Construction LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://jfdrywallconstructionllc.com is the property of JF Drywall & Construction LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. JF Drywall & Construction LLC may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
As-Is Basis. https://jfdrywallconstructionllc.com is provided on an "as is" basis. JF Drywall & Construction LLC makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Cap on Damages. Liability of JF Drywall & Construction LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify JF Drywall & Construction LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of OR, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in OR.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
